This exhibit is intended for education, relaxation, and therapeutic interactions. We understand the topics discussed throughout this conference are vital but can also be draining. Should you feel as though you need a mental health break, find yourself with a gap between sessions, or if you just love art and are interested in how it can be used for coping and relief, come explore this interactive exhibit!

  • Use art as a coping mechanism to deescalate attendees who may be in distress

About the Presenters
Meg Kraner, LCSW

Meg Kraner integrates Narrative Therapy (NT) and art-based therapy methods into the healing process with her clients. Meg has used NT with various client populations, as well as within her own therapeutic journey, and highly values the art of healing through therapeutic storytelling and community connection.


Kari Oberlin, LSW, MSW

Kari Oberlin is a Licensed Master Social Worker who graduated from The University of Toledo. Kari works with teens and adults with mental health issues. Her experience has been with AoD, severe and persistent mental illness, and research in the LGBTQ+ community. She currently works at Tomorrow Begins Today Consulting as a therapist. This is her second year on the art committee team.
